Welcome to Apartment Palmier
The Property know as Apartment Palmier, 15 Avenue de la Gare, 66400, Ceret, France hereinafter called (“the property”) is offered for holiday rental, subject to confirmation by Mr P J & Mrs K K Woollard hereinafter called (“the owner”) to the renter hereinafter called (“the client”).
To secure the reservation the client must pay a deposit of 30% of the total booking amount
The final payment is due 8 weeks before commencement of booking. For bookings within an 8 week period, total payment is required at time of deposit.
A security deposit cheque of 150 €/ £150 and made payable to Mrs K. K. Woollard is due prior to arrival. For non-EU countries a cash security deposit of 150 euros is required on arrival. No keys will be handed over without a security deposit. The security deposit will not be banked, it is held against breakages, damage, excessive cleaning, and return of forgotten items. This will be returned after inspection of property and within two weeks of departure.
Please leave property in same clean and tidy condition as found on arrival.

A receipt of all payments and a Booking Information Form will be sent to the client after the deposit has been received.
Cancellations: Bookings cancelled between receipt of deposit and final balance – The Deposit is non-returnable unless the owners have been able to replace the clients booking. In this circumstance, the owner will return the percentage of the deposit that corresponds with the percentage of the booking that has been replaced. There will be a deduction of 10% in all cases as a handling fee.
Bookings cancelled after final payment – The full total of the booking is non-returnable unless the owners have been able to replace the clients booking. In this circumstance, the owner will return a percentage of the full payment that corresponds with the percentage of the booking that has been replaced. There will be a deduction of 20% in all cases as a handling fee. Any Security Deposit, received will be returned upon cancellation of a booking.
